Payment Methods We gladly accept Visa, MasterCard, American Express and Discover as well as payment via PayPal. We also accept Checks and Money Orders via mail-order. If you are not comfortable with ordering online, we offer you the option of completing your order as normal, and printing out the order summary page for fax or mail-order, using any of the payment methods mentioned above. Mail-orders, must include a personal check or money order or have full credit card information including CVV2 number for processing. For faxed orders, all credit card information must be filled in. Shipping Methods Orders are by default shipped via FedEx Home Delivery (5-7 business days). FedEx does not ship to PO Boxes. Shipping only within continental U.S.A. at this time. Items that are out of stock at our west coast location may be shipped from our east coast warehouse via UPS ground (5-7 business days). Any order canceled after items have shipped are subject to a $15.00 surcharge to cover UPS and FedEx intercept fees. Damage Claims At Taste The Pain, we make every effort to ensure that your order arrives in excellent condition and in a timely manner. Your satisfaction is our top priority.
