Payment Methods
We gladly accept Visa, MasterCard, American Express and Discover as well
as payment via PayPal. We also accept Checks and Money Orders via mail-order.
If you are not comfortable with ordering online, we offer you the option
of completing your order as normal, and printing out the order summary
page for fax or mail-order, using any of the payment methods mentioned
above.
Mail-orders, must include a personal check or money order or have full
credit card information including CVV2 number for processing. For faxed
orders, all credit card information must be filled in. Please mail and
fax all orders to the address and/or toll free fax number below.

Sales Tax
There is no sales tax collected on these orders.
Shipping Methods
Orders are by default shipped via FedEx Home Delivery (5-7 business days). We also offer FedEx 2nd Day Air and Next Day Air service. FedEx does not ship to PO Boxes. Orders from APO/FPO addresses are shipped via USPostal Service. Overseas customers may choose to have their orders shipped via USPostal Service, but there is limited tracking and confirmation available with this option.
Damage Claims
At Taste The Pain, we make every effort to ensure that your order arrives
in excellent condition and in a timely manner. Your satisfaction is our
top priority. Please inspect your order immediately and contact us right
away at capsaicin@tastethepain.com if there is any sign of damage. In
this rare instance, we will work quickly to resolve any problems. Damage
claims must be reported to your FedEx driver to help facilitate the claim
process.
Customer Security
When you place an order with Taste The Pain, all information is processed
via Secure Sockets Layer and is handled in house by hand. No personal
information is sold or shared in any manner. Customer information is kept
for the sole purpose of simplifying ordering in the future. No confidential
information is stored.
