The Starboard Restaurant in Dewey Beach, Deleware created this wonderful sauce. Not too hot, but very tasty. Felt lid cover, too!
Made from cane sugar, pureed hot peppers, ripe Georgia peaches, vinegar, Vidalia onions, salt, spices and xanthan gum.
